    What is your Leadership Style? - Find your Authentic Leadership Style through the Enneagram
    WHAT’S YOUR LEADERSHIP STYLE?

    Facing the competing priorities and stress from a constantly changing business landscape, today’s leaders are stressed, burnt out and insecure. As leaders have to constantly adjust themselves to survive and cope, they run the risk of losing touch with their inner compasses.

    This doesn’t have to be the case.

    Participants will take a simple online personality assessment prior to the training and a 7 page report will be given to them during the session.
    This workshop aims to help leaders develop self-awareness, self-acceptance and the ability to lead from their authentic selves. Participants will be equipped with specific knowledge, skills and techniques to develop self-awareness of their personality and communication biases (or filters), develop environmental awareness of others’ styles, so they can communicate and lead with effectiveness. All participants will receive individual Enneagram Personality Reports and Shawn will guide them through what the individual components mean. Understanding these differences and diversities can go a long way to enable participants to better communicate with employees, co-workers, bosses and other key stakeholders. They will also better understand other communication styles, so they are less likely to misread the intentions of others.
    Objective
    In this program, you will learn how to:
    • Understand your personality type using the Enneagram Personality Profiling.
    • Understand how your personality affects the way you relate with others at work, in business and in your personal lives.
    • Gain self-awareness of your strengths and areas for improvement.
    • Appreciate diversity in different personality types, and the dynamics in key relationships in your life.
    • Understand other personality types so you can better communicate with different people.
    • Apply understanding of the Enneagram Personality Types in conflict management, negotiation skills and leadership.
    • Give customised instructions to different personality types so as to tailor to their individual needs and motivations.
    • Provide constructive and well-balanced feedback that is necessary to enable improvements.
    Outline
    Module 1: Learning about the Enneagram System
    • Understand your personality type using the Enneagram Personality Profiling
    • Understand how your personality affects the way you relate with others at work, in business and in your personal lives
    • Gain self-awareness of your strengths and areas for improvement.
    • Learn about the 3 centers of intelligences that the 9 Enneagram personality types fall under, the 3 subtypes of communications, and also energy orientation based on Enneagram types
    • This segment will be done through an Enneagram personality profiling test, interpretations of their personality style reports, and panel sharing format


    Module 2: Unlocking your Personal Communication Blockages through the Enneagram
    • Learn about the 9 Enneagram personality types and their communication patterns, leadership styles, hidden motivations.
    • Apply understanding of the Enneagram Personality Types in conflict management, negotiation skills and leadership.
    • Appreciate diversity in different personality types, and the dynamics in key relationships in your life
    • Gain awareness of your communication biases and blind spots, so that you can more consciously alter the way you present yourself


    Module 3: Light the Fire in Your Team
    • Understanding how different personality types are motivated and how they respond to compliments, feedback and working in teams
    • Learn how to have difficult conversations effectively to reduce conflict or leverage on constructive debates
    • Learn the triggers of every team member so that you can help them better manage their emotions to work together


    Module 4: Assertive Communications
    • Learn the art of assertive communications and to support your points of views with powerful supporting materials
    • Learn the power of setting effective and healthy boundaries so that you can manage your own communications with multiple stakeholders and get them to know your stand
    • Communicate difficult messages in a way that will encourage and motivate change
