    Module 1: Understanding Thriving
    Understand what thriving under pressure looks like and how it differs from just surviving.

    Module 2: Factors for Thriving
    Discover the factors that will help your team thrive (or not) in high pressure situations.

    Module 3: Team Assessment
    Assess the degree of each of the factors for thriving exist in your team and which factors are lacking in your team.

    Module 4: Competencies for Thriving
    Know the factors which allow teams to thrive under pressure and evaluate your team on the competencies.

    Module 5: Team Case Studies
    Apply your knowledge of the factors and competencies for thriving on real case studies.

    Module 6: Team Thriving Action Plan
    Formulate an action plan to ensure your team will thrive and practice managing your team members under pressure.

    With over 20 years of experience, Serene specializes in driving strengths-based transformations for organizations and teams. Her expertise lies in fostering culture change, talent development, and coaching to unlock organizational potential and enhance team performance.

    Serene is adept at aligning an organization’s strategic direction and core values with a strengths-based approach. By leveraging this alignment, she empowers leaders to harness their teams' unique talents, delivering impactful results and driving sustainable performance.

    As an international speaker, Serene captivates audiences with actionable insights on building strengths-based organizations. She outlines practical, transformational steps to achieve a future-focused vision, inspiring leaders to embrace a culture of growth and empowerment.

    In her last position as General Manager for an overseas management consulting firm, Serene specialised in organizational development for healthcare, wellness, fitness, and education industries as well as government ministries.

    She also designs and facilitates customized experiential programs and has been invited to speak by Singapore Telecoms, Land Transport Authority, Citibank, NTUC Income, and Ogilvy as well as interviewed by MediaCorp Radio and Singapore Press Holdings.

    Previously, Serene was Business Development Manager for a distribution company, developing the regional market for them. Prior to that, she was a Business Development Manager at an electrical engineering firm developing new initiatives for business opportunities in labour supply to be based in India. Her main focus on both assignments was building new markets for strategic operational development and business ventures in South East Asia.

    As an entrepreneur, she had her own consultancy seeing clients for health management issues. She also set up from scratch a consultancy company and brought its sales to seven figures in four years.
