In this workshop, we will explore a range of brain-friendly strategies and tools to help you improve your work performance. Throughout the workshop, you will have opportunities to try out the tools and discuss how to apply them to your own workplace performance challenges. You will also discover the latest research on how the brain works and how to optimize its performance.

Tan Kwan Liang's Profile
Kwan Liang helps individuals / teams / organisations navigate towards improved performance and business results through training, facilitation and coaching.
Kwan Liang got interested in how to use his ‘bio-computer’ while working in the IT industry. In the journey, he discovered and learned the Buzan Mind Map® by himself as there were no workshops on Buzan’s tools, in the mid-80s.
After 15 years in IT, Kwan Liang went on to pursue a career in Adult Education. For the last 23 years, he has been:
• training executives on how to use mind maps at and outside of work;
• sharing with executives effective ways to tap their brains’ powers; and
• facilitating brain-friendly strategic thinking sessions for organisations.
In addition, he also coaches and facilitates workshops for leaders.
