Self-leadership is the foundation upon which all other leadership capabilities are built. Before we can influence others, we must first understand and manage ourselves — our thoughts, emotions, motivations, and behaviours.
This highly interactive workshop invites participants to step back from autopilot living and develop deeper self-awareness, emotional insight, and personal mastery. Through structured reflection, experiential activities, and practical
tools, participants will uncover their natural tendencies, recognise blind spots, and learn how to respond more consciously in their daily work and life.
By the end of the session, participants will walk away with a clearer sense of direction, stronger internal alignment, and a personalised action plan to lead themselves with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Over 25 years of working in Asia and Europe, Celina Gan has accumulated a vast experience and know-how in working and training participants from different cultures and work backgrounds. Celina was previously a UK Trademark Attorney, Legal Consultant, Head of Copyright and Advisory; Manager of Global Legal Accounts; and Contracts & Commercial Advisor in the UK, Spain, Malaysia and Singapore.
